Get Involved - Make History

The CAF B29/B24 Squadron operates some of the rarest and most iconic aircraft in the world. We are a non-profit, all-volunteer, organization that relies on a worldwide network of dedicated volunteers to help us fulfill our mission to Honor, Educate, and Inspire. Part of our mission is to honor those individuals who designed, built, and flew these aircraft during seminal events in history. As part of our annual AirPower History Tour, our aircraft fly to cities across the country and bring history directly to the public. Our living history flight experiences and tours provide once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to interact with history that no static museum display can replicate.

Honoring Those Who Served & Serve Today

They've been called the Greatest Generation. Over 16 million Americans served in World War II and even more contributed on the home front in factories, manufacturing, and in countless other capacities. The CAF B29|B24 Squadron operates its annual "AirPower History Tour" and travels the country honoring those who designed, built, flew, and maintained aircraft that played critical roles in major events of the 20th century in addition to honoring those who continue to serve today.

Our squadron's mission is to educate and inspire the public regarding the role of American air power while also ensuring that the stories, sacrifices, and significance of the men and women who flew and contributed to one of the most pivotal moments in history are preserved for future generations.

Please help us continue our mission to Honor, Educate, and Inspire!
